Activates/deactivates the network port of the Eycasa main unit.
If this function is activated, your main unit takes its IP configuration from your
router (or another network device with a DHCP server).
If this function is activated, you can make the IP address configuration
manually.
Enter the IP address here. Make sure that the address you choose is not used
by any other device. In private networks, the address is usually 192.168.0.XXX
Enter the subnet mask here. In private networks, the subnet mask is usually
255.255.255.0
Enter the gateway address here. Generally, this is the IP address of your router
(usually 192.168.0.1).
Enter the DNS address of your internet provider. Generally, this is the IP
address of your router (usually 192.168.0.1).
Warning:
Only use the manual IP address settings if you know exactly which values have to be set. If
possible, use the “DCHP” option. The Eycasa main unit currently supports the IPv4 protocol.
